A 6.5 hour private paranormal investigation of the Historic Village of Rugby with overnight lodging accommodations at the Newbury House.

Your group will have guided access to at least 4 of the historic structures in Rugby: The Thomas Hughes Library, the Kingston Lisle, The Rugby Schoolhouse, and Uffington House. You can investigate the grounds around these buildings as well. By choosing this option, your group will also have sleeping accommodations at the Newbury House.

Historic Newbury House is Rugby's first boarding house and has been welcoming guests since 1880. This house sleeps 14 and has 5 bedrooms and 1 suite. Common places include a large full kitchen, parlour, sunroom and  front porch.

TOTAL COST FOR THIS INVESTIGATION IS: $1,117.50

TOTAL COST BREAKDOWN: Lodging is $500 + 14.25% Lodging and Sales Tax = $571.25. Investigation is $500 + 9.25% Sales Tax = $546.25

You will pay ONLY $100 non-refundable deposit upon booking. Remainder due in cash upon arrival.

• Accommodations are for one night only. You can check in to the Newbury House at 3:00pm EST |  Check out is the next day at 11:00am EST
• Your investigation hours will be from 8:30pm EST to 3:00am EST. You can investigate longer in the house in which you are lodging.
• The buildings you will be investigating are not climate controlled, so dress accordingly for the forecasted weather on your investigation night. The house in which you will be lodging is climate controlled.
• Bookings are for professional paranormal teams/individuals and spots cannot be individually re-sold for that team’s profit.
• Your investigation cannot be billed as an event.

• Please be advised that Historic Rugby is a functioning Village with residents and non-paranormal investigator guests. Any paranormal investigations on the grounds, outside of the scheduled 8:30pm - 3:00am EST investigation is strictly prohibited.
