Service Description

Professional paranormal investigation teams and solo investigators, ages 18+, are welcome to book a private paranormal investigation at the Historic Village of Rugby. Your group will have access to historic locations, including the Hughes Public Library, Kingstone Lisle (Thomas Hughes' home), Uffington House (Madame Hughes' home), The Visitor Centre Theatre and Rugby Schoolhouse from 8:30pm EST to 3:00am EST, a tour of the village will begin at 8:30pm EST. The price is for 1-8 participants and are limited to 8 investigators. As Rugby is a living village, we adhere to a strict start time for the investigations. You will not be let in any earlier than your designated start time. If you will be arriving late, please have the courtesy to call. You will have a 1-hour grace period from the start of the investigation. If you do not call and let us know you will be late or if no member of your team arrives within that one hour grace period, we will leave and you will forfeit the investigation without a refund. Please note: - Payment remainder is due in CASH at the time of the investigation. Please have exact amount as no change will be given. - Each member will be required to sign a waiver. - An History, Highways & Haunts representative will be onsite during the investigation to open the buildings. This representative will in no way interfere with your investigation and will be stationed in the Visitor Centre. - You will have access to the Visitor Centre to use as a basecamp. Electrical outlets for charging is extremely limited, so plan accordingly. - No inside tables available; you can bring tables to set up in the Visitor Centre or outside if you so choose. - Buildings are not climate controlled. Please be mindful of the weather and dress accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. All participants must be 18+ years or older. No exceptions. No alcohol or drugs are permitted and anyone giving the appearance of intoxication or inebriation will be removed from the tour without a refund. Accessibility: For wheelchairs and scooters, many of the buildings and structures are not accessible. Assistance and service dogs, are the only animals that are allowed to enter the historic structure.
