No, any team or group that books a private paranormal investigation cannot resell tickets for a profit (ie: above the amount of booking the investigation). It is allowable to sell tickets to get up to the booking fee amount, but making a profit from any investigation is expressly prohibited. If any team or group is found to be in violation of this policy, they will be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or permanently trespassed from the property.

Yes. Due to the historic nature of the buildings and the village, a representative will be onsite with you during the night. However, each representative is an experienced paranormal investigator and will not interfere with your investigation in any way.

You will be given a pre-investigation briefing, orientation and tour. The tour can be as detailed as you would like it to be, with the option of hearing the history and paranormal claims.

Due to the fact that you will be investigating an entire village and, at least, 4 historic buildings, please be aware that there will be walking involved during your investigation as you move from building to building and throughout the village.

ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND. There is also no smoking. Also, no drugs, alcohol, fireworks, beer, wine, tasers, or weapons of any kind.

No. During the investigation, Ouija Boards, open flames, seances, conjuring, sage burning or cleansing are NOT allowed.

Depending on the building, electricity is either not available or very limited.

Yes, but please note that the $100 deposit is non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather or if you are unable to keep your scheduled date, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your investigation to an available date. This must be done within 72 hours of your scheduled date, or you will lose the $100 deposit and it will NOT apply to a new date.

Once you book a date for your team, you will be the only team during the night that will have access to the buildings and the grounds. However, the village of Rugby is public property so complete control of the entire village is impossible.

During your investigation you will be walking from building to building and throughout the village itself, so wearing closed toed shoes and long pants is encouraged. Also, please dress according to the forecasted weather because the buildings are not climate controlled.

Yes. All investigators must be at least 18 years old.

Yes. All investigators must fill out a waiver/acknowledgement form in the presence of the onsite representative.
